    4.3 Service Efficiency: Once the equipments breakdown while installing, we will feedback to customer by telephone in 24 hours, if field services are needed, we will arrive in 48 hours after receiving customer’s informing (national holidays are not included).During the installation period, it will be charged if the people/ day of commissioning exceeded caused by buyer, and it will not be charged if caused by provider.

    4.4 Service principle: Products are warranted for period of one (1) year from the date of inspection acceptance by Buyer or 15 months after products delivery, whichever comes first. Supplier will offer free repair or replacement of equipments and components if the breakdown is caused by quality issues within the warranty period.
